Free tools do not require payment. This policy applies when paid Nanba Toolkit plans, credits, or services become available.
You may cancel a recurring plan before its next billing date. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
For a technical issue that prevents you from using a paid service, contact Raja Digital Media within 7 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
Usage credits, completed digital services, custom work, and fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
